Starting no carbs tomorrow
So, I really want/need to lose about 40 pounds. Unfortunatly I am addicted to food. It is ridiculous. My husband has lost 20 pounds in the last few weeks and I am really proud of him. I am so ready to get this weight off for good. I am super tired of feeling fat all the time. So, tomorrow I start the infamous no carb diet. I am only doing no carbs for 2 weeks and then I will add some back. Some what like The South Beach Diet. I will tracking my information each day. I am really doing this for my own sake and hoping maybe a few people will read this and be helpful to me along the way.
